Grrr....

The weather has just been beautiful! It was in the 50's two days ago, I was lulled to sleep last night by a rain storm, and today it's over 60 degrees and the sun is shining! So why am I in such a miserable funk?

Maybe it's because I know that the high on Thursday will be 32 degrees. Or maybe it's the state of the economy. Or maybe I'm in this funk due to the fact that my husband bought this #$!^&* snowmobile without my knowledge?

It's 60 degrees outside, people!!! This useless machine is taking up space in my garage!!! We live in the suburbs, not the arctic!!! For the life of me, I don't understand this purchase!

  3. Pretty much, Flea. I knew he was going to go to a snowmobile auction, but I also told him he was just going to watch.

He said if there was a great deal he was getting one. I thought he was joking and said, "it better be under $200 and come with a storage shed."

A bit more than $200 and, as I said, taking up a parking space in my garage.

He thinks I'm already 'over it.' I'm so mad I haven't even started yelling yet. I'm not sure I'd be able to stop.

Don't blame me for this one.

When you do yell or think about yelling, remember that he is your sweetheart.

  7. Eric, that is so hilarious!!! (He WOULD try that, by the way.)

He's trying to rectify it by saying that maybe SOMEDAY we could get a four-wheeler.

Yeah. A little late for that. And once again, we LIVE IN THE SUBURBS with NO STORAGE!!!

Papa- not your fault. I haven't found a way to make that connection. Yet. ;)

  10. Make sure he keeps up a good life insurance policy. I lost a good friend on one of those darn things. Is he taking the fuzz buster out of the car and mounting it on his toy?

  12. It was actually a Valentine present for my wife. It was too hard to hide so I told I bought for myself. What a thoughtful husband.

  13. Ken,

Not only did you butcher that comment, but you also forgot to sign your name.

    PS Nobody believes you. Nobody.
